    Can Foundation provide me a submission-ready copy?

    No. All editing jobs require input from the author. The author must review and approve the changes before submitting the final version.

    Can I cancel an order?

    It is possible to cancel an order with a full refund within one hour of making the order: just press the ‘Cancel Order’ button in the emailed invoice.

    Can I have my paper returned in less than 24 hours?

    Rapid work is possible in some cases; the pricing depends on the size of the document and how quickly it needs to be returned. Please contact us to ask if this is possible.

    Does Foundation guarantee error-free editing?

    No. Unfortunately, all editors make mistakes sometimes. Foundation makes every effort to ensure your work is as error-free as possible.

    Can Foundation help my paper pass a plagiarism checker?

    No. We only edit original work, and we do not help students break the academic rules. Don’t plagiarise: write assignments in your own words. Your marker will see this and you will have no need to use a plagiarism checker.

    How can I resend my document if I submit the wrong file?

    If you submit the wrong file, contact us with your order number and the editing manager will help you address this.

    Can I get a discount for large documents?

    Can I get my document edited in American or Canadian English?
